1. 产品介绍

本品是多种药剂混合而成的锅炉回收水腐蚀抑制剂，药剂以碱性化学品化学品为主，添加缓冲剂、增效剂、稳定剂等复配而成，药剂能中和回收水中的二氧化碳，加入后可有效提高锅炉给水PH,抑制蒸汽回收管路因氧气及二氧化碳所造成的腐蚀。提高回收水之PH，保护回收管路不受到碳酸及氧气的腐蚀。同时有去除残留铁锈的功能，以提高交换效率，可减少回收水中的铁份，防止Ph值过低造成的腐蚀，保护蒸汽管线系统，延长使用寿命。

3.使用方法

作为锅炉给水PH调节剂用，药剂添加量在3-5ppm。宜通过计量泵加入锅炉除氧给水泵吸入口。

4.包装与贮运

(1)本品采用蓝色塑料桶包装，25Kg/桶，1t/桶或根据客户需要确定。

(2)本产品储存在阴暗、通风的库房，并远离火种和高温，库温不宜超过30℃。

(3)与易燃、可燃物、酸类、碱类等物质分开存放，切忌混储。

5.安全与防护

(1)避免吸入、食入，操作人员必须佩戴好防护眼镜、防酸碱手套、3M口罩及安全帽，必要时要穿戴好防酸碱防护服。

(2)工作过程中不准进食、饮水，注意通风或局部排风，工作完毕用肥皂和清水洗手。

(3)装卸时防止碰撞，注意密封，防止包装及容器损坏。

(4)装卸过程中确保容器不泄露、不倒塌、不损坏，防止装卸过程中溶液溅出伤人。

作用机理： 

（1）中和调节：药剂的 碱化胺中和冷凝水系统的中的二氧化碳，避免冷凝水PH过低腐蚀管道。

（2）除氧：药剂中的除氧剂能有效除去蒸汽系统和炉水系统的溶解氧，避免设备氧腐蚀。

（3）吸附成膜：药剂中的成膜剂可以在设备表面形成一层单分子膜，加强对设备的保护。

（4）钝化成膜：药剂中的有效成分可消除炉水中的氧化铁，消除红水现象，并可在设备表面形成一种牢固的磁性氧化铁膜。

Methods of use

As a PH regulator for boiler supply water, the amount of agent added is 3-5ppm. It is suitable to add the boiler defeed pump through the metering pump.

Packaging and storage and transportation

(1) This product is packaged in blue plastic bucket, 25 Kg / barrel, 1t / barrel or determined according to customer needs.

(2) The product is stored in a dark, ventilated warehouse, and far away from the fire and high temperature, and the storage temperature should not exceed 30℃.

(3) with flammable, combustible, acid, alkali and other substances, avoid mixed storage.

Safety and protection

(1) Avoid inhalation and feeding. Operators must wear protective glasses, anti-acid-alkali gloves, 3M masks and safety helmets, and wear anti-acid-alkali protective clothing when necessary.

(2) Do not eat or drink water during work, pay attention to ventilation or local air exhaust, and wash hands with soap and water after work.

(3) Prevent collision during loading and unloading, pay attention to sealing, and prevent damage to packaging and containers.

(4) During the loading and unloading process, ensure that the container does not leak, collapse or damage to prevent the solution from splashing out during the loading and unloading process.
