1. 产品介绍

本产品为无色至淡黄色液体，主要由碱化胺和高效阻垢剂等多组分组成，主要用于中压锅炉汽水系统的防腐蚀及防结垢。本产品“一物多用”，取代磷酸盐化合物、联胺、氨水等传统锅炉水处理药剂，产生更好的结果。药剂有效成分为锅炉的整个水-蒸汽回路中的所有含铁金属表面提供保护处理，同时能够减小原有氧化物和水垢沉淀层的厚度来维持热传导性能，从而防止锅炉结垢和腐蚀的形成。

3. 使用方法

本产品添加到锅炉给水泵的上游，加药量按蒸发量来算为16-20ppm。

4. 包装与贮运

(1)本品采用蓝色塑料桶包装，25Kg/桶，1t/桶或根据客户需要确定。

(2)本产品储存在阴暗、通风的库房，并远离火种和高温，库温不宜超过30℃。

(3)与易燃、可燃物、酸类、碱类等物质分开存放，切忌混储。

(4)贮区应备有泄漏应急处理设备和合适的收容材料。

5. 安全与防护

(1)避免吸入、食入，操作人员必须佩戴好防护眼镜、防酸碱手套、3M口罩及安全帽，必要时要穿戴好防酸碱防护服。

(2)工作过程中不准进食、饮水，注意通风或局部排风，工作完毕用肥皂和清水洗手。

(3)装卸时防止碰撞，注意密封，防止包装及容器损坏。

(4)装卸过程中要禁止野蛮装卸，确保容器不泄露、不倒塌、不坠落、不损坏，防止装卸过程中溶液溅出伤人。

This product is a colorless to light yellow liquid, mainly composed of alkaline amine and efficient scale inhibitor, mainly used for corrosion and scale prevention of medium pressure boiler soda water system. This product "one purpose", replace phosphate compounds, biamine, ammonia and other traditional boiler water treatment agents, produce better results. The active ingredient of the agent provides protection for all iron metal surfaces in the whole water-steam circuit of the boiler, and can reduce the thickness of the original oxide and scale precipitation layer to maintain the heat conduction performance, so as to prevent the formation of scaling and corrosion of the boiler.

usage method

This product is added to the upstream of the boiler feed water pump, and the added dosage is calculated as 16-20ppm according to the evaporation amount.

Packaging and storage

(1) This product is packaged in blue plastic bucket, 25 Kg / barrel, 1t / barrel or determined according to customer needs.

(2) The product is stored in a dark, ventilated warehouse, and far away from the fire and high temperature, and the storage temperature should not exceed 30℃.

(3) with flammable, combustible, acid, alkali and other substances, avoid mixed storage.

(4) The storage area shall be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and suitable receiving materials.

Safety and protection

(1) Avoid inhalation and feeding. Operators must wear protective glasses, anti-acid-alkali gloves, 3M masks and safety helmets, and wear anti-acid-alkali protective clothing when necessary.

(2) Do not eat or drink water during work, pay attention to ventilation or local air exhaust, and wash hands with soap and water after work.

(3) Prevent collision during loading and unloading, pay attention to sealing, and prevent damage to packaging and containers.

(4) In the loading and unloading process, brutal loading and unloading should be prohibited to ensure that the container does not leak, collapse, fall or damage, and prevent the solution from splashing out in the loading and unloading process.
